Project Technical Engineer
Purpose of the Job
· Manage the Engineering scope of the project during Commissioning & Warranty phase
· Support PrEM during design phase by leading part of the Engineering activities
Responsibilities
Support the PrEM for the Design and the technical scope of the DLM, DRM, Gate Reviews and DFQ process
Support the PrEM for customer interface for part of the engineering scope from Design stage to end of warranty, in close relation with the PrEM and PM
Is responsible to deliver the Engineering Deliverables according to the Quality, Cost and Delivery commitments.
Participate to coordination with European design units for technical proposals and changes.
Ensure all design documentation of the project is well in line with requirements
Lead the Train type testing and mainline test together with C&W team
Work closely with the Engineering team and C&W team to guaranty smooth start of revenue service.
Lead the Reliability Growth and investigation/troubleshooting on the project in close relation with C&W team
Ensure Return of Experience is shared within engineering department and project team for each project
Guaranty the application of EHS rules, Comply to EHS policy and AZDP
Requirements
· Bachelor degree or above in electrical or related engineering field.
· Good communication, accountable, self-motivated and eager to learn.
· Fluent Spoken and Written English.
· Good knowledge of office software.

Commissioning & Warranty Technician
Purpose of the Job
· Ensure availability of Fleets / Equipment provided
· Assist CW team leader in Failure and Anomaly Investigation.
· Collection of information to assist in Fault Finding and Reliability Growth.
Responsibilities
· Comply EHS policy, actively participate relevant training; control and monitor all the activities on site.
· Fault finding and Repair of Train / Supplied Equipment; assist in Investigation of all site failures.
· Support of Technical Engineers and Team Leaders, assist in train / Equipment Commissioning.
· Collection of information to assist in Fault Finding and Reliability Growth.
· Replacement of defective parts as per Quality Procedures; assist to implement retrofit work.
· Answering Customer Fault Reports.
· Vehicle / Equipment Inspection, collection of Equipment configuration information.
· Guaranty the application of EHS rules.
· Contribute to CW image and skills acknowledgement
· Ensure all technical matters are resolved and closed out under instruction.
· Support and ensure that all technical queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
· Liaison client during ‘commissioning and ‘warranty’ phases to ensure the company’s products are tested/commissioned and accepted by the client as required by the contract.
· Complying with the company’s internal and customer’s site health & safety regulations.
· Maintenance of site accident records and ensuring reports are forwarded to team leaders.
Requirements
· College degree or above in electrical automation, electromechanical or related engineering.
· Problem solving, relationship, hands-on ability.
· Team working, be able to meet the deadline and work under pressure, autonomous working.
· Good English skills.
